This policy describes how the Android app Cal Budget (package com.keenin.calbudget) handles information. Cal Budget is published by Keenin Krehbiel as a paid download on Google Play.

Summary

Cal Budget stores your budgeting data only on your device. The app does not create accounts, does not include ads or analytics SDKs, and does not send your bill, housing, or card data over the network.

Information on your device

Depending on how you use the app, it may store on the device:

• Bill, housing, and credit-card names and amounts you enter
• Payment status, partial payments, and automatic-payment settings
• Pay schedule (payday cadence) and related dates
• Theme or display preferences

Amounts in the app are shown in US dollars.

What we do not collect

The app does not collect personal information on our servers because it has no backend and does not transmit your budgeting data to us. There is no in-app account to create or delete.

Google Play purchase

If you buy Cal Budget on Google Play, Google processes the payment and related purchase records under Google’s policies. We do not receive your full payment card details through the app.

Device backups

Android may include app data in your device’s backup (for example, Google backup) if backups are enabled on your device. That copy is controlled by your device and Google account settings, not by a Cal Budget cloud service.

Children

Cal Budget is intended for adults managing household bills and paydays. It is not directed at children.

Your choices

• Use Erase all data in Settings to clear app-stored data on the device.
• Uninstall the app to remove it and its local data from the device (subject to any OS backups you keep).

Changes

If how Cal Budget handles data changes (for example, if sync or accounts are added later), this page will be updated and the Play Store Data safety answers will be revised.
